Shipping

Every piece ships in a protective crate built specifically for it. Shipping is free within the continental United States, and is included in the price of the work.

Available works ship within one week of purchase. Commissioned pieces take approximately four weeks, depending on scale.

International shipping is quoted individually. Please get in touch before ordering.

If your piece arrives damaged

If your piece arrives damaged, I will repair, replace, or refund it in full.

Please photograph the crate before opening it, photograph the piece as you unpack it, and contact me within 48 hours of delivery. That's all I need.

Returns

Available works may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The piece must be returned in its original crate and in original condition; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Commissioned works are made to your specification and are final sale.

Handling and care

These are crystal-set works on natural bone. Dust with a soft dry brush or compressed air. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight. Full care instructions accompany every piece.
